Jennifer Stoops, MPM®, RMP®
Jennifer has over 18 years of expertise in property management, investment property acquisitions, M&A, and strategic partnerships. As Senior Vice President of Global Industry Relations at PetScreening, Jennifer leverages her extensive industry insight to drive partnerships, uphold industry standards, and introduce innovative solutions for residents, property managers, and pet-related risks. Previously, Jennifer was Vice President of Industry Relations at PURE Property Management, where she led impactful acquisitions that led to the tremendous growth of the company and cultivated industry-wide relationships. Her experience also includes expanding Park Avenue Properties from a local firm into a regional powerhouse that supported property owners and investors in achieving their goals.

Courtney Parks is the Principal Broker and Director of Operations at Allegiance Property Management located in Northern Virginia. She started her career in HOA management before transitioning to residential real estate in 2009. With almost two decades of experience, Courtney has been instrumental in shaping her company’s approach to property management. She is actively involved in NARPM at both the local and national levels and serves on her state and local Realtor® Associations. Property Manager by day, supermom and global traveler by... well, still during the day (because let’s be honest, she doesn’t sleep much). A proud San Antonio native, Amy has been helping Texans find homes since 1993. She is the person who knows all about pipes that suddenly decide to leak at 2 a.m., how to troubleshoot GFCI breakers and is versed explaining how to fix a garbage disposal over the phone. Amy brings knowledge, dedication, and maybe a little bit of caffeine-induced energy to everything she does.

With over 15 years of experience in property management, Clint Setser has established a distinguished career in optimizing real estate assets, enhancing tenant relations, and driving operational efficiency. Specializing in both residential property management, he has successfully overseen diverse portfolios, ensuring profitability, compliance, and long-term value for property owners. From the beginning of his career, he has been involved and served on many positions with the Atlanta NARPM Chapter Board of Directors, including the role of President in 2023 where he led the chapter to receiving the Chapter of Excellence Award as well as Large Chapter of the Year!

Todd Reid has been managing properties for over 25 years, first as an investor and then as a third party property manager. He is the broker/owner for DKRentals.net which manages over 400 doors in the ATL metro area. Todd received his degree in Industrial Engineering from NC State University and has worked for IBM, Accenture, & Imerys. He left corporate America when he bought a Homevestors franchise in 2003.

Kayla Sharp, RMP®, MPMC
Kayla Sharp is the Senior Property Manager and Association Broker at All 3 Realty’s Georgia location, a family-owned company she co-founded with her parents (hence the "All 3") and later expanded by adding Trent Ratliff, everyone’s favorite team member, seven years ago. With two locations managing over 950 properties, Kayla takes immense pride in her diverse team representing three different countries. She believes exceptional customer service drives success in property management and advocates for more human connection, urging everyone to “pick up the phone and talk to people!” Known as the self-proclaimed Queen of Getting 1-Star Reviews Removed, she’s passionate about creating outstanding resident experiences and can’t stand when tenants decide to move out. Outside of work, Kayla trains for triathlons and will never answer a call on a Friday as she's usually on two wheels. A NARPM member for eight years, Kayla joined the organization after being inspired (and slightly terrified) by Monica Gilroy’s eye-opening litigation stories, which fueled her commitment to staying educated and prepared in her field. Over the past four years, she has been a dedicated member of the NARPM Board of Directors and was named the NARPM National Volunteer of the Year in 2023. Known for her ability to throw unforgettable parties that bring people together, Kayla’s mission goes beyond the events—she’s passionate about creating a sense of belonging, ensuring every NARPM member feels valued and appreciated.

Megan Zellers, MPM®, RMP®
Megan began volunteering for the Atlanta Chapter of NARPM® in 2009 when she first joined NARPM®. She quickly joined the Board of Directors as a Chapter Leader and since then has enjoyed various positions including Director, Secretary and Chapter President in 2022. She has served on and chaired various committees and is the Atlanta Chapter Program and Events Chair for 2025. Megan has taken time to be involved on a National level by serving on the Nominating Committee, Member Services Committee, Professional Development Committee and National Convention Committee for several years. Megan was one of NARPM® Top 40 Under 40 in 2012. She continues to support NARPM® both locally and nationally any way that she can as she attributes much of her success to her involvement in the organization and the many relationships she has formed since becoming a member in 2009.

She also hosts a monthly mastermind group virtually about setting attainable goals and implementing daily habits to achieve them. Her self-described secret to success is “consistent persistence".

Monica’s law practice assists Property managers with preventing liability and instituting best practices especially with Fair Housing and lead based Paint. Monica is a top 50 woman attorney in Georgia and serves as the General Counsel of the Atlanta NARPM chapter,.

Other accomplishments include real estate investor, state-licensed instructor, faculty member for the Florida Realtors, successful YouTuber, TikTok content creator, professional speaker, weekly radio show host on WITG 104.7 FM, weekly podcast host for “What’s Up Ocala,” author of the book “How to FSBO like a PRO!” and founding member of the NARPM® Citrus/Alachua/Levy/Marion Counties network group.

Whether it's cheering for the Bulldogs or training for my next race, I’m always striving to improve and stay engaged in what I love.

Joni Wolfswinkel is a licensed real estate broker and owner of two Real Property Management Franchises, a turnkey construction company, and a Virtual Assistant supplier firm. She has been buying and selling homes and investment properties for 23 Years and was recently awarded "Woman of Influence" by HousingWire Magazine. She has bought and sold over 1,800 properties and currently manages 2,300 units in the Houston, Texas, and Albuquerque, New Mexico markets. In addition, Joni and her husband Shawn personally own 58 rental homes, a commercial office building, and a self-storage building. Together, they host the popular podcast "Inside the Wolf's Den.” Her Houston based property management firm recently garnered national news headlines as he was recognized for being awarded “Franchise of the Year” honors for her outstanding business practices. Joni bested 400 Franchise owners in North America to claim this year’s top spot.
